self-clinching screw is used in the sheet metal as a fastener products.
self-clinching screw come from the United States PEM / TEXRON other companies,  specializing in the telecommunications industry, sheet metal industry, electrical and electronic products, the current domestic production of clinching screws are reference PEM standards.
self-clinching screw material commonly used SUS304 stainless steel and carbon steel, carbon steel  self-clinching screw pressure riveting screws required heat treatment and galvanizing production after completion.
In the using course need to open a hole in the substrate, put the riveted screw into the hole, using a plant parallel pressure in the head of screw head, when pushed, the substrate around riveted screw base deformation, and occurs tooth occlusal pattern phenomenon, thereby forming a solid external threads.
